Emotion Words to Aid Self Intimacy

To build self intimacy skills, and to be able to effectively share your feelings with your partner, it helps to accurately describe your experience.  These emotion words can help you clearly identify your feelings so you may respond with your own self-soothing.  They can also be very useful for accurately expressing your feelings to your partner.

If you are interested in getting closer to your partner, you may wish to consider taking my Recovering Intimacy in Your Relationship seminar, given by conference call.
