I am glad you posted here, I wish I was your husbands personal friend...He needs the love and companionship of his brothers (counsel and accountability)...The body of Christ (the church) is for this purpose. Your husband is no different from us all...We will always have to face our demons...As long as the burden of the flesh is ours we will face trials and temptations in this life...
It's good that this has come to the surface...That is God's Love in action...Nothing you have said here is shocking...I would encourage you to continue to love and pray for him. I would also encourage you to encourage him to meet w/ one or two of his brothers and share his struggles...The enemy loves it when we don't humble ourselves because of our pride...There is forgiveness and power for healing in confession....
I will pray for y'all Willow....

I cant help but wonder if there is a reason that he all of a sudden started drinking excessively. Was there a major change in his life? Has he been under added stress? The drinking might be a symptom of a bigger problem.
I truly hope that the Adderall helps him and brings him some peace.
