Couples in Connection
A Coaching & Healing Group Experience with Jason and Molly
Reconnect. Relearn. Repair.
Join Molly Schoenhoff and Jason Weber — partners in both life and work, and an ADHD couple themselves — for a unique, small-group experience designed for 5 couples ready to grow together.
This is not a lecture series or a traditional therapy group. It’s a dynamic, flexible, and responsive space where your real-life relationship questions, challenges, and chronic struggles become the starting point for learning, empathy, and creative change.
Who It’s For
Couples who want to:
- Feel more connected, even when emotions run high
- Turn reactivity into understanding
- Learn communication skills that actually hold up in conflict
- Build emotional regulation and self-awareness
- Transform chronic frustrations into opportunities for growth
- Experience a safe and supportive space alongside other couples navigating similar terrain
This group is especially welcoming for couples managing ADHD dynamics, but the themes apply broadly to any relationship seeking deeper connection and practical change.
What to Expect
Each meeting blends coaching, clinical insight, and experiential learning. You can expect:
- Parts work and self-leadership practices, informed by Internal Family Systems
- Real conversation and curiosity-based dialogue
- Live teaching and demonstrations
- Communication coaching and feedback
- Role plays and creative group exercises
- Resource and strategy sharing tailored to the group’s needs
Throughout the series, we’ll explore one central theme:
True connection doesn’t mean avoiding discomfort — it means learning how to stay present through it.
You’ll build both the inner resourcefulness and the relational skills needed to navigate tension, restore connection, and strengthen love — even in the moments that feel hardest.
