I found this pdf online, but I don't know who to give credit to. It sounds like a student at Cornell wrote a paper on boundaries. I think I will use this as the basis of creating some new boundaries of my own. Having weak boundaries causes a lot of unnecessary pain.

For those interesting in reading this article it takes an approach based in Christian beliefs, but the 10 boundaries (recapped on the first page) are excellent for all, including those who don't wish to read the biblical references that support the boundaries.

This is an excerpt from Boundaries in Marriage by Drs. John Townsend and Henry Cloud.
They wrote a series of Boundaries books, including personal boundaries (Boundaries) and Boundaries with Children. I think they might have a Boundaries in Dating, too. They have written a ton of helpful books, so it's best to just run some Amazon searches rather than me listing all of the ones I know.
