I'm just reading about genetic testing through GenOMind. It may be too good to be true but they claim with some genetic testing with a mouth swab a doctor can better prescribe adhd meds. The correct kind and the correct dose. My ADHD husband has been through so many I can't even remember all the details over the years of trying. This sounds like a great fit for getting a better outcome. Does anyone have any success or failure stories with genetic testing?
Just wanted to say hi

Hi hcc. This genetic testing sounds really interesting and I am sure it would offer a less frustrating path if it's true. From your other post, it sounds like your husband has really tried a lot and I can't imagine how frustrated you both must feel. If you're not already doing this, maybe a different avenue like an ADHD coach could help - with non-medicinal strategies and even for keeping him accountable with the meds so you don't feel like you have to.
My husband only ever tried one prescription (and did not take it properly) so it is wonderful that you have a spouse willing to explore alternatives over such a long period of time.
I am sorry for what you are going through.
