Adhd ex has contacted me, my heart is happy again! but the reality is I can't be with him, not just now anyway, but I have to make up my mind in the next couple of months, when we could get back together. He is so thoughtful of me, but I get the horrible feeling it won't last. He says things that suggest he still loves me.
Maybe you should read your old posts from last year to remind you how being in a relationship with him really felt, rather than how you wish it could be.
